Genie Health – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information for Genie (B2C) and Genie SmartCare (B2B).

This Policy applies to all data collected through Genie and Genie SmartCare, including Client, End-User, and Member data.

2. Data We Collect

For Genie SmartCare: Client business data and End-User data (contact details, communications, scheduling, health information) processed on behalf of Clients.

3. How We Use Data

For Genie SmartCare, we act as a Data Intermediary (Processor) to provide Smart Scheduling, Smart Messaging, and Smart Insights.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data shared only with communication platforms, service providers, and regulators as required.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside Singapore with PDPA-compliant safeguards.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for service performance and security.

7. Security Practices

Encryption, access controls, security reviews, and incident response procedures are employed.

8. Data Retention and Disposal

Client data retained while active. Upon termination, data exported within 30 days, deleted within 90 days.
