This Policy applies to all data collected or processed through Genie and Genie SmartCare.

We may collect identification and account data, health data, wellness/lifestyle data, usage data, and integration data for Genie Members. For Genie SmartCare, we collect client data and end-user data processed on behalf of clients.
3. How We Use Data
For Genie Members, we act as a Data Controller under PDPA. Your data is used to provide personalized health journeys, aggregate health records, enable integrations, and improve our services.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with communication platforms, service providers, regulators, and third-party services as necessary to operate Genie.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Personal data may be transferred and stored outside Singapore with appropriate PDPA-compliant safeguards.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand usage patterns, personalize experience, and prevent fraud.
7. Security Practices
Genie employs encryption, access controls, security reviews, and incident response procedures to safeguard data.
8. Data Retention and Disposal
Active accounts retain data while active. Members may delete their account anytime, with data erased within 90 days.
9. Minors
Genie is not directed at individuals under 15. You must be at least 15 years old to use Genie.
10. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Processing
Some features use AI, machine learning, or OCR to process information. Outputs are informational only and not medical advice.
11. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
12. Updates to This Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use means you accept the revised Policy.
